So, you may love the area that you reside in but have become unhappy with the condition of your dwelling. Don't despare, they are many options that you may not be aware of that can bring great comfort and satisfaction to the place you call home!

In most cases renovations of this nature will require re-location of electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems. This is usually achieved by accessing the cavities of the floor joists and roof trusses once interior finishes have been removed.
This is also the best time to replace and/or re-locate windows, partition walls and possibly other structural elements of the home. Don't forget of course, this also does usually require applicable permits from local authorities.
Taking the time to plan your project is VITAL in achieving a successful outcome. Involving Architects and Designers is highly recommended to help design your dream.
